Dr. Jully Gogoi Tiwari

Dr Jully Gogoi Tiwari is an accomplished academic and researcher with an exceptional track record. She is currently a Senior Lecturer in One Health at the School of Veterinary Medicine, Murdoch University, with over two decades of experience spanning both academia and government. Her previous roles include Senior Policy Officer for Emergency Animal Disease Preparedness at the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD), WA, Research Fellow at Curtin Medical School, Curtin University, and Assistant Professor in Veterinary Public Health and Epidemiology at the College of Veterinary Sciences, Central Agricultural University, Mizoram, India. Jully has made significant research contributions in the field of mastitis diagnostics, including developing innovative biosensors aimed at early disease detection. Her work has been widely recognised, resulting in 51 research publications in international journals. In her career, she has developed extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, particularly during her policy role in government, where she led multi-sector collaborations to support new policy development. By coordinating with diverse stakeholders, she facilitated projects that aligned industry and government objectives, driving effective and inclusive policy outcomes.
